Streaming content from your PC or smartphone to your TV is becoming a more popular demand among consumers. People want to be able to watch TV through the internet without having to watch it on their laptop computer or their mobile phone. There are recently a lot of products coming out that will help you in your decision on being able to stream content to your TV.

Google is probably one of the most innovative companies in the world, if not the most. Their latest innovation is the Google Chromecast. The Chromecast allows you to stream video to your TV from your phone or laptop. The phone can be an android of an iphone. The laptop has specific tech specifications required for some streaming, so be sure to checkout their website for that before purchasing. If your computer works, you'll be able to stream one of the tabs in your Google Chrome browser to your TV. This comes in handy if you want to stream video from a site not otherwise supported. Currently supported sites include Youtube and Netflix.

Chromecast is exactly what many people are looking for It is amzing that there stil ist a great solution for streaming video from the internet to your TV without having to run wires from your laptop to your TV, and even then theres sound issues and quality. With the Chromecast those issues are finally solved. You're able to stream video to your TV through the internet completely wirelessly. This makes things a lot easier, and finally brings the technology everyone has been hoping for to your TV room.

Very few people are watching DVDs or physical media anymore, and most TV shows and movies are being watched online. Since most of the content is being consumed online, being able to stream that content from your computer onto your big screen high definition TV is a huge perk.

I know personally watching a movie or TV show on a computer can be ok, but I'd obviously rather watch it on my large HDTV. I never watch TV life really, and I'd prefer not to have cable actually to avoid distractions. By watching TV only online I am able to watch only what I want and I am able to watch it on my schedule and not have to worry about the program or TV guide.

Since the content I want is online, and it fits around my schedule better, it naturally makes sense for me to only watch TV online. Being able to use Chromecast to stream those videos to my TV is the perfect solution. More companies are moving towards streaming online content, as additional products are also being released that have similar capabilities.

Reviews for the Chromecast have been fairly good so far, with a few negatives. It is important to keep in mind the computer tech specs needed to stream content from your Chrome browser to your TV, as well as any other information you may need for what you are specifically looking to stream. Overall, the chromecast is an interesting product, and should compete with similar products from Apple, Roku, Xbox, and more.
